Tell us the problem. You will have a clear answer inside two business days.
One phone number, one inbox, and a direct line to the people who price and deliver the work. Adelaide head office, with teams in Melbourne and Sydney.
How to reach us
Three ways, and what each is best for.
Phone: 1300 909 938
Best when you want a quick read on whether a project is worth pursuing. Business hours, Australian Eastern and Central time.
Email: [email protected]
Best when you have drawings, a site address, a lease or a scope to send. Attach whatever you have, even if it is incomplete.
The enquiry form
Best for tender invitations, prequalification questionnaires, consultant introductions and anything commercially sensitive. It reaches the director directly and is acknowledged the same business day.
What happens next
Published, so you can hold us to it.
What to send
The things that let us answer properly first time.
The site or tenancy address
More useful than almost anything else. It tells us the zone, the planning path, the authority, the building, and often the constraints before we have seen a drawing.
Whatever documentation exists
Architectural, structural, services, a lease, a fitout guide, a condition report, or a sketch on the back of an agenda. Incomplete is fine. We would rather see the real state of it than a tidied version.
The date that matters, and why
A lease commencement, a trading date, a school holiday window, a settlement, a funding milestone. Almost every construction programme is set by a date that has nothing to do with construction.
An equipment list, for technical work
On a laboratory, a comms room or a production space, the equipment schedule tells us more about the project than the floor plan does, particularly the electrical load.
Who is on your side
Whether you have an architect, a project manager, a tenant representative, or nobody yet. It changes what we would recommend, and sometimes it changes whether you need us at all.
Enquiry
Tell us about the project.
Ten fields, most of them optional. The site address and a sentence about what you are trying to do are enough to get a useful answer.
A clear answer inside two business days, from the people who will price and run the work.
Plan. Build. Advance.
Where we work
Three states, with people on the ground in each.
South Australia
Head office and the South Australian team. Commercial, industrial and residential work within our licensed classes, across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
Victoria
An active team running Victorian projects, under the building permit path with an appointed building surveyor. Commercial, industrial and domestic registrations held in the company name.
New South Wales
An active team in New South Wales, holding a laboratory design and construct commission in Sydney. Commercial and industrial work.
For procurement and prequalification
The details that usually get asked for, in one place.
Every licence and registration above is in the company name and searchable on the relevant public register without asking us. The conditions attached to each are published on our residential and capability pages rather than described in general terms.
Insurance certificates of currency, management system plans, safety records and referee contacts are provided on request for a live opportunity. We do not publish policy numbers on the website.
Questions
Common questions before you make contact.
Where can we meet?
Wherever suits the project. Our head office is in Adelaide and we have teams in Melbourne and Sydney, so we can meet at your office, at your consultant’s, or with us by appointment. On a live project we will usually suggest the site as well, because a walk answers questions a meeting room cannot.
How quickly will I hear back?
Acknowledgement the same business day, and either a scoping call or a straight answer within two business days.
Will I get the director or a salesperson?
You speak with the people who do the work. The director is involved from the first conversation through tendering and estimating and across the project life cycle.
Can you price something that is not fully documented?
Yes, as a budget with the assumptions listed, which is often more useful early than a firm price. We will be clear about which one you are receiving.
We are a landlord or an agent, not an occupier. Who do we talk to?
The same number. Make-good assessment, tenancy coordination, base building upgrades and capex sequencing are a distinct part of what we do and there is a page about it.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. A feasibility study is paid work and we will say so before starting one, but the first conversation and an early view on whether a project suits us costs you nothing.
Send the address and whatever drawings exist.
You will have an acknowledgement the same business day and a considered answer within two.
