JCGAU Pty Ltd is an Australian commercial and industrial construction company. The business is led by director and founder Sean Javadi, who brings 15+ years in construction across Australia and internationally in senior delivery and executive roles.
JCGAU holds builder licence BLD 344769 in South Australia and CCB-L 100384 in Victoria, and operates across South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Our mission is to deliver commercial, industrial and residential projects through disciplined project management, documented controls and close client collaboration.
Sean Javadi
Sean Javadi is the director and founder of JCGAU, with 15+ years in construction across Australia and internationally. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management (SUT), a Bachelor of Honours in Civil Engineering (IAUCTB), and qualifications in Building and Construction (HIA) and Leadership and Management (C&G).
Sean has held senior delivery and executive roles on commercial, industrial, education and healthcare projects, and has served on the boards of construction firms. He is the registered builder behind JCGAU’s licences: BLD 344769 (SA) and CCB-L 100384 (VIC).

JCGAU is a director-led business supported by a network of named consultants, engineers and specialist subcontractors engaged project by project. As the workload grows we are building a permanent team of project managers and site-based staff. Every project carries one accountable director from award through to handover.

- The delivery model follows the risk. Construction only, construction management, design and construct, ECI, lump sum, managing contractor, GMP or client-side project management — each carries a different risk profile, and we will tell you which one suits your project before we price it.
- Both sides of the contract. We act as a builder and as a client-side superintendent, so we know how the other party will read your contract.
- Procurement you can audit. Six controlled stages, with every awarded package traceable back to the quotations behind it.
- Three states. South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, with the same controls and the same reporting in each.
