Sean Javadi, the visionary founder of JCGAU, is an industry-leading construction executive with over 15 years of international and Australian expertise, delivering first-class projects with unparalleled precision. Holding a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management (SUT), a Bachelor of Honours in Civil Engineering (IAUCTB), and qualifications in Building and Construction (HIA) and Leadership and Management (C&G), Sean brings a robust academic foundation to his leadership.
With a portfolio including the 4400m² C&I Navitas campus in Adelaide and high-rise developments in Tehran valued at $105M, Sean’s track record demonstrates his ability to deliver complex, multi-million-dollar projects under budget and ahead of schedule as a major leader to contribute to each project. As a registered builder in SA, VIC, QLD, and ACT, his expertise ensures JCGAU’s operations in SA and VIC meet the highest standards of compliance and quality. Sean’s experience on boards of construction firms further enhances his strategic vision for delivering exceptional results.
